Punia Company, LLC is a privately held real estate development, property management, brokerage, and financing company that has been developing properties in the tri-state area since 1956. We actively manage medical office, executive office, industrial, retail, and high-tech facilities, with acquisitions and asset management handled entirely in-house by our own employees, who also oversee day-to-day operations and outside service providers.
